Born and raised in Colorado, as a child I grew up deeply immersed in Nature. I spent countless hours on the back of my beloved horse meandering through forests, swimming in the white water of the Poudre River and climbing up mountains I called home. I fostered an intuitive ability to tune into subtler realms of reality, to hear Nature’s song and to intimately feel the connectedness of all. This sweet song gifted me my life’s mission- to spread love, healing and JOY so that ultimately Mother Earth, and her inhabitants, can evolve and thrive.

Recognizing my abilities to sense the subtler realms, at fourteen years old, my Mother gifted me my first spiritual teacher. Sharon Moon, a talented Psychic and Tarot Channel, and author of four books published on the subject of Wicca: “The Wiccaning,” “Color Casting,” “Wiccan Book of Rites and Rituals,” and “Spell Casting,” initiated me into the rich Celtic Wiccan tradition as well as practices in Earth Magick. Sister Moon taught me how to fine tune my awareness to communicate with my Guides, to strengthen my Mediumship skills, to read Tarot cards and other divining tools, how to work with Nature ritualistically and how to hold sacred Ceremony. With two years of Sister Moon’s tutelage under my belt, I had a strong foundational knowledge that propelled me into studying ancient and Indigenous teachings. All of which have shaped my life’s dedication to cultivating a deep relationship and reverence to Nature, to living with fine tuned intentionality and to co-creating a world built on playful trust and brave love. 

With my “Spread the JOY Mission” in mind, in 2005, I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Fine Art from Colorado State University as a way to communicate the subtle intricacies of life. Finding extreme happiness in mindful Movement, in 2014, I earned my Yoga with Weights (Sculpt) Certifications. In 2015, I earned my 200 hour Yoga Certification and in 2016 my Usui Reiki Level 3 Certification to ultimately facilitate holistic healing- body, mind and soul alignment. As a second generation Astrologer, I was raised learning, loving and devouring everything Astrology. In May of 2022, I completed a year long course in Hellenistic Astrology. Reading the stars, tracking the cycles and living in flow with the Cosmos is a dance that lights my heart on fire. Astrology is one of the greatest spiritual tools out there! 

Centrally located in Fort Collins, Colorado, I offer a beautiful healing space to provide my clients with Reiki treatments and Astrology readings. The rejuvenating space is adorned with my paintings and diffused with therapeutic grade essential oils. You will also find me regularly at the Fort Collins Yoga Pod where I am honored to practice and teach- my teaching blends the ancient wisdom of Astrology with the ancient wisdom of Yoga! You will also find me quenching my movement thirst at Manic Fort Collins– the “Yang” umph to my Yoga Pod “Yin” yum! Come work out with me or join me weekly for classes that bridge the beautiful union of flexibility and strength- where yoga meets weights and cardio (and slant boards, kettlebells, pull up bars and so so much more)!  

In May of 2024, I had the incredible pleasure of co-hosting my first destination Wellness Retreat, “Peace Out N’ Paradise,” to the beautiful country of Costa Rica! My deep love of travel, culture and adventure fused together with my love of yoga, health and community. A powerful recipe that I have had the honor and pleasure of offering to YOU annually as a potent re-charge!! The land is special, the people are special, the air is special! I hope you can join for the potent jungle magic in May of 2026! 

Ultimately my intentions are to inspire physical, mental and spiritual alignment. I want you feeling lighter, centered, empowered and spiritually alchemized when you walk away from a session with me! With a variety of tools in the “Spiritual bag,” I am hoping I can offer you the unique one, or the combination you need, to be in harmony with Nature’s sweet song!

In my spare time, and as a Virgo Rising, I love being outside & adventuring with my family in the beautiful Colorado wilderness: slack-lining, paddle-boarding, camping, hiking, snowboarding, biking, long-boarding, & climbing trees. I love love love music and dancing! Venus & Mars, aka the Lover’s, are in the house of travel in my Natal Astrology Chart, to say that I love to travel & to celebrate the diversity of culture is quit an understatement! I love all things yoga: The teachings of the 8 limbed path & studying the beautiful evolutionary dance of Yin and Yang in the Song of Life! As a Pisces Moon, I enjoy deepening my spiritual connection by partaking in meditation, deprivation tanks, breathwork practices, Sweat Lodge Ceremonies, drumming, Earthing and Plant Medicine Ceremonies. As an Aries Sun, I thoroughly enjoy a dedicated physical practice of Yoga, Weight and Functional Life Training sessions and hot (Sauna) & cold (Ice bath) therapy at may favorite Float Tank spiritual oasis, Samana Float Center.  I am forever grateful to my beloved partner, Mark, who passionately joins me in the pursuit of balance, health and wellness- check out what he is up to at Adaptive Therapy!

In a nutshell, I love attempting to quench my insatiable thirst for knowledge and equally taking time to admire the ever unfolding expansion of consciousness.
