Highlights:

Join Ken Conte and myself for a transformative Seven Arrows Breathwork™ session at Manic Training. This powerful breathwork experience is designed to guide you on a journey of self-discovery, emotional release, and healing. Using a combination of intentional breath techniques, reiki healing, rhythmic music with sound bowls and visualization, we will move through a ceremonial breathwork journey through the 7 directions. 4 active rounds. 3 grounding. One room. No experience needed.

You’ve been carrying something.

Maybe you know exactly what it is. Maybe it just shows up as tension in your body, a low hum of anxiety, or the feeling that you’re running hard but not quite landing anywhere.

Either way — your body knows. And it’s been waiting for a chance to let it go.

“It’s excavation — each practice is digging a little deeper. I have to release what’s on top to access the deeper layers. I come in with new goals and find new surprises each time.”

— Nicole

What this is

Seven Arrows Breathwork™ is a 7-round guided ceremonial journey through the seven directions, each held by one of the Seven Animal Teachers. Four active breath sessions to shake loose what’s stuck. Three grounding sessions to bring you back home to yourself.

This is not a yoga class. Not a meditation. Not another thing to figure out or get right. It’s 2.5 hours of letting your own breath do work that talking about it never could.

What happens in the room

Arrival + intention setting (15 min) — Ground in, meet the container, set what you’re here for. No experience needed.—The journey (75 min) — Seven guided rounds with live music. East, South, West, North, Above, Below, Within. Your breath leads. You follow.—Integration (30 min) — Journal, rest, share if you want. This part is where the work lands.

“Ken and Joy hold the space. I felt both safe and challenged to go deeper.”

— Jamie

What people walk away with

  • —A body that feels physically lighter —not metaphorically, literally
  • Clarity on things that have felt foggy or stuck—Emotions that were lodged somewhere finally moved through and out
  • A reconnection to themselves they didn’t know they’d lost

Who this is for

Anyone who’s been meaning to slow down and hasn’t. Anyone carrying more than they let on. Anyone curious about what their body is capable of when given the right conditions. First-timers are welcome — most people who come have never done breathwork before.

What to bring

—Water bottle and comfortable clothes—Yoga mat, blanket, or pillow — anything that helps you feel settled—Journal for integration—Please avoid food, caffeine, or substances for 2 hours before. Arrive clear.
