This piece is a study on the platonic solid that is the Icosahedron! This painting explores the weaving of the layers of Sacred Geometry in relation to the layers of the five elements: Earth, Air, Water, Fire and Spirit. The Spirit energy is represented by the hummingbird which is a sacred bird to many native traditions. My personal favorite widespread belief is that hummingbirds are messengers between the veiled worlds.
