Seven Arrows Breathwork is a powerful, guided journey through the seven directions – West, North, East, South, Above, Below & Within.

Release old patterns, gain clarity, and reconnect with your deepest truth. Rooted in ancient wisdom and modern somatic techniques, this experience blends rhythmic breath, visualization, and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) to activate transformation on every level.

To accommodate for this event we will be utilizing Yoga Pod’s offsite location inside the FootHills Mall. Use the south entrance and go to the first door on your right, Ken and Joy will be there to greet you and check you in. Please make sure you have paid ahead of time. Bring your own mat, pillow and blanket!
