🌟 Week 1: Foundation for Change

  • Saturday, January 24th — Group breathwork session at Manic Training followed by group work and intention setting 6:00 pm
     
  • Sunday, January 25th — In-person session at Horsetooth: Sauna, cold plunge, and kickoff meeting 10:00 am
    Focus: Cold therapy, floating, yoga, and mindfulness practices
     

🌟 Week 2: Building Momentum

Start Date: Thursday, January 29th

  • Thursday, January 29th — Online meeting at 6:00 pm
     
  • Sunday, February 1st — In-person session at Horsetooth, powered by Foundry Saunas: Sauna and cold therapy 10:00 am
    Focus: Fasting protocol, enhanced breathwork, and functional movement
     

🌟 Week 3: Leveling Up

Start Date: Thursday, February 5th

  • Thursday, February 5th — Online meeting at 6:00 pm
     
  • Sunday, February 8th — In-person group meeting at Horsetooth: Progress check-in, contrast therapy, and accountability session 10:00 am
    Focus: Advanced cold therapy (3-minute showers, ice baths), yoga, and balanced nutrition
     

🌟 Week 4: The Grind & Gratitude

    Focus: Deep breathwork techniques, mindfulness practices, and maintaining whole-foods nutrition
