I offer Reiki sessions from my centrally located office space at 2625 Redwing Rd Suite 110, Fort Collins, CO 80526 (found after taking two left hand turns after walking through the main doors). 

I received my level 1, level 2 and Master level Usui Reiki certifications between 2014 and 2016. I deeply enjoy sharing the healing Reiki energy with my clients and watching the relaxation take place in their bodies and minds.

Q. How do you set up a Reiki session?

Q. How should you prepare for your first time?

A. Come wearing comfortable non-restrictive clothing. The body does tend to cool down, especially your feet so wear socks and possibly long sleeves to ensure you are comfortable throughout your session. Lastly, it is best to avoid wearing any jewelry. We will begin your first appointment by discussing past and present health concerns, healing goals and you will be asked to complete an intake form.

Q. How much does a Reiki session cost and what forms of payment are accepted?

A. Treatments are available on a sliding scale price:

$60.00 – $100.00 for a 60 minute session 

$75.00 – $115  for a 75 minute session

A. Yes!  Enjoy a 75 minute session where 45 of those minutes are dedicated to Reiki and the last 30 will be dedicated to your own mini astrology natal reading. Q. Is Reiki a Religion?

A. Although Reiki energy is spiritual in nature, Reiki is not a religion. Practitioners and clients are not asked to change any religious or spiritual beliefs they may have. They are free to continue believing anything they choose and are encouraged to follow their own hearts concerning the nature of their religious practices.

Q. How is a Reiki treatment given?

A. In a Reiki session energy flows from the practitioners hands into the client. The client is will be laying on a massage table. The client remains fully clothed. The practitioner places her hands on or near the clients body in a series of hand positions. These include positions around the head and shoulders, torso, knees and feet. Other, more specific positions may be used based on the clients needs. Each position is held for three to ten minutes depending on how much Reiki the client needs at each position.

In addition to the standard Usui Reiki treatment, I  incorporate sound healing, crystal healing methods and use sage, essential oil and Palo Santo during Reiki treatments.

Q. What does a Reiki treatment feel like?

A. What one experiences during a Reiki treatment varies from person to person. However, feelings of deep relaxation are usually felt by everyone. In addition, many feel a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and surrounds them. A state of peace and well being is experienced as the Reiki energy encourages one to let go of all tension, anxiety, fear or other negative feelings. Some drift off to sleep or report floating outside their bodies or have visions and other mystical experiences. Sometimes an emotional release is felt and tears might be shed. At the end of the treatment, one feels refreshed with a more positive, balanced outlook.

Q. What can be treated with Reiki?

A. Reiki has had a positive affect on all forms of illness and negative conditions. This includes minor things like head or stomach aches, bee stings, colds, flu, tension and anxiety as well as serious illness like heart disease, cancer, leukemia, etc. The side effects of regular medical treatments have also been reduced or eliminated. This includes the negative effects of chemotherapy, post operative pain and depression as well as improving the healing rate and reducing the time needed to stay in the hospital. Reiki always helps and in some cases people have experienced complete healings which have been confirmed by medical tests before and after the Reiki treatments. However, while some have experienced miracles, they cannot be guaranteed. Stress reduction with some improvement in ones physical and psychological condition are what most experience.
